This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all courses and services offered by Sikhobiz, owned and operated by VK Venture Private Limited, through https://sikhobiz.com/.
By purchasing any course, you agree to this policy.
1. Nature of Services
Sikhobiz provides digital educational courses and training programs. Since all products are delivered digitally, they are considered non-returnable once accessed.
2. Refund Policy
A. No Refund After Access
Once:
- Course login credentials are issued, or
- Course material is accessed,
No refund will be provided.
This is because digital content cannot be “returned.”
B. Eligible Refund Situations
Refunds may be issued only in the following cases:
- Duplicate Payment
- If you are charged twice for the same course.
- Refund will be processed after verification.
- Technical Payment Failure
- If payment is deducted but course access is not provided.
- After confirmation from payment gateway, refund will be processed.
C. Non-Eligible Refund Situations
Refunds will NOT be granted for:
- Change of mind
- Lack of time to complete course
- Business results not meeting expectations
- Failure to understand course content
- Personal financial issues
- Failure to meet eligibility criteria for BC/CSP approval
3. Cancellation Policy
Before Access Is Granted
If you request cancellation before receiving course login credentials, the request will be reviewed. Approval is at the sole discretion of Sikhobiz.
After Access Is Granted
No cancellation or refund will be processed.
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within: 7–10 working days
The amount will be credited back to the original payment method.
5. Course Transfer Policy
- Course purchases are non-transferable.
- Accounts cannot be shared or transferred to another person.
Violation may lead to account suspension without refund.
6. Income & Business Disclaimer
Sikhobiz provides business training and guidance. We do not guarantee:
- Fixed income
- Bank approval
- CSP/BC authorization
- Business success
Results depend on individual effort, market conditions, and execution. Refund requests based on income expectations will not be accepted.
